Our company was invited to participate in the SEMI China2016 industry Exhibition held in Shanghai New International Expo Center in March. This exhibition is the world's most important and largest event in the semiconductor industry, attracting many well-known enterprises to participate. Our company has participated in this exhibition for many years in a row. In this exhibition, our company exhibited the nitrogen purification equipment of 10Nm3/h. The equipment design layout is reasonable and beautiful. Pipe fitting valve adopts international first-class imported components. The equipment assembly has also reached the international advanced level. It has been unanimously approved by exhibitors at home and abroad.
